Sign Up Process

This guide walks you through creating your account so you can start managing your entities, applications, and documents in one place. The full process takes less than a minute.

Before you begin

You'll need:

  • A valid work email address

  • A secure password

Step 1: Go to the Cosmos login page

Navigate to app.cosmos.global in your browser. You'll arrive at the sign-in screen.

Step 2: Open the sign-up form

If you don't yet have a Cosmos account, click sign up for an account, located just beneath the "Sign in" heading. This will take you to the registration page.

Already have an account? Simply enter your credentials on the sign-in screen and skip to Step 5.

Step 3: Complete your details

On the sign-up page, fill in the following fields:

  • Name — your full name

  • Email address — preferably your work email

  • Password — create a secure password

  • Confirm password — re-enter the same password to confirm

Once all fields are complete, click Sign up.

Step 4: Verify your email address

After submitting the form, Cosmos will send a verification email to the address you provided. To complete the registration:

  1. Open your inbox and locate the email from Cosmos

  2. Click the verification link inside the email

  3. Your account will be activated and ready to use

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived, return to the verification screen and click Resend it.

Step 5: Sign in to your account

Return to app.cosmos.global and sign in using your newly registered email and password. You'll be taken to your Cosmos dashboard, where you can begin setting up your first entity application.
